CSPA: Gretchen Schaefer has joined the association as vice president of communications. Ms. Schaefer has represented the business community on legislative, regulatory and educational initiatives for 15 years, including positions with the American Tort Reform Association and American Insurance Association. She was formerly a communications director for the College of American Pathologists in Washington where she managed critical advocacy communications and developed a proactive external communications program. She has a communications degree from Marquette University.
